Sothebys – Brand Playbook
Sotheby’s being one of the leading auctions houses in the world wanted to showcase their brand history and famous sales through a brand Playbook.
Traditionally playbooks take a print based medium, but with Sotheby’s expanding into ever growing digital platforms and a stronger audience reach we decided to create the playbook as an animation. The resulting design uses the Sotheby’s juxtaposition colour divide but uses it as a catalyst for creation forming the single line illustrations to showcase Sotheby’s most famous sales in a fresh and engaging way.
